1. Definitions

Account

The personal profile created by an eligible user to access u88live services, hold a balance and review transaction or betting activity.

Player or User

An individual aged 21 or above who registers for and uses u88live for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Platform

The u88live website, mobile interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, wallet, promotional areas and related player services.

Bonus Funds

Promotional credits that are separate from cash funds and remain subject to wagering, game contribution, expiry and withdrawal conditions.

Payment Method

An approved e-wallet, bank channel, transfer service or other method offered by u88live for deposits or withdrawals.

Wager

2. Account Eligibility

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

u88live must be used honestly and for personal entertainment. Players must not interfere with platform operations, exploit technical errors or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage over u88live or other users.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using false documents, stolen payment information or an identity belonging to another person.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain repeated welcome offers, referral rewards or other benefits.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, screen-scraping tools or unauthorised assistance.
• Coordinating wagers, chip transfers or game activity with another user to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting incorrect odds, delayed data, software faults, display errors or bonus configuration mistakes.
• Using u88live to transfer funds, conceal payment origins or conduct activity unrelated to genuine gambling.
• Threatening staff, submitting knowingly false complaints or attempting to disrupt support services.

u88live may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and place affected balances or withdrawals on hold while the review is completed. Confirmed misuse may result in cancellation of improper benefits, account closure and other proportionate action.

5. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be available in MYR through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts and processing times may differ by player or method.

Payment details must belong to the registered u88live account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned, and the account may be restricted until ownership has been established. Bank or e-wallet providers may impose separate charges or limits beyond the control of u88live.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Errors and Reversals

6. Casino Games and Sports Betting

Sports bets on competitions such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL football or UFC events are settled using the published market rules and confirmed event results. Postponed, abandoned, shortened or rescheduled events may be voided or remain valid depending on the applicable settlement rule.

Odds can change before acceptance. The odds recorded in the confirmed bet slip are the odds used for settlement unless an obvious error occurred. u88live may void a market where odds were clearly impossible or materially different from the general market because of a demonstrable technical or data error.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Benefits

Bonus funds are not equivalent to withdrawable cash until all applicable conditions have been satisfied. Different games may contribute at different rates towards wagering. Certain low-risk betting patterns, opposite bets, excluded games or unusually large stakes may not qualify.

A promotion is normally limited to one claim per eligible player, household, device, payment source or network. u88live may withhold or remove promotional benefits where duplicate participation, collusion, manipulation or other bonus abuse is reasonably established.

8. Identity Verification and Compliance

u88live may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is reasonable concern about underage use, fraud, duplicate registration, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, security compromise, legal restrictions or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an investigation is necessary, withdrawals and related account activity may be held temporarily. Legitimate cash balances will be handled according to the review outcome, applicable law and payment requirements. Funds or benefits directly linked to confirmed fraud, manipulation or bonus abuse may be cancelled.

11. Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability

u88live works to maintain stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, device compatibility, internet failure, telecommunications disruption, payment-provider downtime and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection and current software. u88live is not responsible for losses caused solely by a player's device failure, incorrect account details, shared credentials or failure to follow reasonable security guidance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u88live is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a player's mandatory legal rights.

12. Complaints and Contact Us

If you believe a game, bet, payment or account decision is incorrect, contact u88live support promptly and provide relevant details. Helpful information includes your username, transaction reference, bet identification, date, approximate time and a clear description of the issue.

u88live will review available account records, game logs, payment information and communications before responding. Players must cooperate with reasonable requests for supporting evidence. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply. Failure by u88live to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
